Wild Juniper

Process.
Gin Monmar is an extreme quality distilled product that follows the traditional rules of discontinuous distillation in steam method.

Initially the alcohol is produced exclusively from the distillation of cereals. The spirit is distilled with botanicals in small batches to carefully preserve the product quality.

In the meanwhile the bergamot from Reggio Calabria and the wild fennel from Etna are used to make infusions that are cold-processed for over thirty days.

At the end of the process, the basis and the infusions are carefully mixed, filtered and controlled.
